He specializes in underwriting, analysis, budgeting and currently holds close to 80m AUM.

      Andrew Brewer is a real estate investor and developer and is well versed in all the aspects of land development. Andrew has a varied background in real estate and has participated in projects as an owner, developer, operator, engineer, and consultant. During his career, Andrew has acted as a construction manager on commercial reconstruction projects valued at over $12 million each, a consultant in construction defect litigation lawsuits in excess of $60 million, an operations engineer in commercial facilities valued individually at over $200 million, and as a developer responsible for directly planning and overseeing multiple ground up development projects. As an operations engineer he has executed full building turnarounds of underperforming assets leading to improved operations, lower maintenance costs, and improved resident experiences.


      His company is lead sponsor & lead developer on 160m+ in active development projects (development cost) comprising 521 residential units and 295 residential lots across 180 acres. They've co-sponsored 100's of other units as well but don't include those in our portfolio total.

    The answers to frequently asked questions

    What does $1,495 payment include?

    The package includes 3 full days of mastermind sessions and networking, San Francisco sight seeing, wine tasting in Napa Valley, transportation from hotel to SF and Napa Valley and back, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and cocktail hour. Please book hotel and air separate.

    How much are you making from this event?

    We wish we could make money from this event but we aren't and our goal is to have everyone to build long lasting relationships, enjoy memorable activities, and have an unforgettable experience.

    How do I get to hotel when I arrive?

    Our guests stay at a gorgeous Hilton hotel that is located less than 10 min from the airport. It has a free shuttle that goes every 30 min that you can catch. 

    Can I rent a car?

    We think it may not be necessary but If you'd like to rent a car, you can absolutely do so. You'll have a discounted parking rate at Hilton for $10 dollars a day.

    Can I arrive early or live later?

    If you'd like to arrive early and/or extend your stay, you could definitely do so. It's something you would need to coordinate with hotel.

    Can I bring my partner?

    Absolutely! Feel free to bring partners, significant others, or friends.
